Our Founders
Dr. S. K. Rathor – Founder, Chairman & MD of SANFORT Group of Schools is a well-known name in the school education sector. He is an international speaker, a motivator and an entrepreneur. He spoke on Education & Entrepreneurship on many prestigious platforms, including TED, Forbes India, University of London, World Education Summit Dubai, GESS Dubai, CII, ASSOCHAM and many more.
Mrs. Kavita Rathor, Founder Director of SANFORT Group of Schools did her Masters in Education and is a well-known name in the field of early childhood education. Her success story was featured in the leading print, electronic & digital media. She has been awarded as the “Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2015, 2017 & 2018” for her contribution to the field of education.
Board Of Educators
Ms. Sneha Rathor, a PG researcher in Childhood Studies and Early Years from Leeds Beckett University and a Bachelor in Commerce from Delhi University, is one of India’s youngest early years and parenting experts. After completing her PG research, she joined Sanfort as CEO-Academics & Innovations as a founding team member. She leads curriculum development, training, and education conferences. Ms. Rathor has received prestigious awards, including “Youngest Edupreneur of the Year 2018” by GTF and a Certificate of Excellence for outstanding contribution to Early Years Education in 2021 by The Hindu and Ministry of Ayush. With her young mind, she aims to create a pedagogy that provides an enriching learning experience to early learners and has been working for it restlessly.
Ms. Indu Kohli is a visionary leader with over 30 years of experience in education who is renowned for her creative teaching methods and student-centric approach. She actively participates in administration, policy -making, and environmental activities, and she has been instrumental in creating the school’s curriculum.
She has received numerous honours for her efforts, including the Rabindranath Tagore National Principals Award 2025, the Principal Excellence Award (ANON Global Foundation), and Principal of the Year 2024 (Universal Mentors Association), in addition to accolades from the British Council. Sanfort World School keeps promoting forward-thinking, international education under her direction.
Mrs. Vineeta Srivastava is the Chief Academic Coordinator at Sanfort and an accomplished educator with over 25 years of experience in the field of education. An alumnus of Lucknow University, she holds an M.Sc. (Food Sciences) along with a B.Ed. degree. Her extensive expertise in both subject matter and pedagogy has enabled her to make significant contributions to student development and academic excellence.
In recognition of her outstanding work in the academic field, Mrs. Srivastava was honored with the prestigious “Academician of the Year” award by Global Gurus in 2019, presented by the Universal Mentors at Edu Leaders Summit. She is deeply passionate about fostering a dynamic learning environment and remains dedicated to empowering early learners with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in the future.

Dr. Reeta Sonawat A National Awardee, Teacher trainer – is a Director at Ampersand Group, Mumbai, and former Dean, Professor and Head of the Department of Human Development, S.N.D.T. Women’s University. She was a Global Leader in Early Child Care and Education, World Forum Foundation, Montreal and recipient of IVLP, State Department, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Washington D.C, USA. Visited George Washington University, Rutgers University, Arizona State University, and University of Arkansas. She also visited the National Association for the Education of Young Children, Magnet School and Charter School USA. She was invited to various govt of India committees like NCERT, Dept. of Women and Child Development, SCERT Delhi, and J&K. For post-doctoral research, she worked for two years on “Integrated Education in Kindergarten and Primary Schools” at Bremen University, Germany and taught one semester. She underwent training in Early Childhood Education with Reading Difficulties at Golda Meir Mount Carmel Institute and Training Centre, Haifa, Israel.
Nick Coulson is an educator and a passionate advocate for positive child development. His professional journey is rooted in a deep belief that every child deserves an environment where they feel seen, supported, and empowered to discover their potential. He founded United Education Group, an owner-managed business based in the United Kingdom, with the vision of creating programs that nurture not just academic learning, but the social, emotional, and creative growth of children. Through United Education, he operates adventure camps, performing arts schools, English language camps, sports courses, teacher training programs and a range of child-focused development programs. His vision is to help impact as many young lives as possible, building systems that nurture not just capable learners, but confident, compassionate, and resilient human beings ready to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
